Welcome to the PMI 2016
Twenty seven years ago, The Pharmaceutical Managers’ Institute Ireland (PMI) was formed by a small group of sales and marketing managers. Today the institute comprises of more than 400 members from a variety of roles such as sales, marketing, commercial, medical, regulatory, finance and distribution from 80 different Pharmaceutical companies in Ireland.
The health care environment is changing rapidly in Ireland. At the PMI we aim to help all professionals working in the Pharmaceutical industry to ensure they have the knowledge and skill to meet these challenges. Over the course of 2016 we will bring a number of new initiative’s to the membership. These will include
- An enhanced digital platform with greater access to PMI run educational content.
- Continued educational and networking events to help members keep current with the trends in the Irish Market place.
- Support members whose careers are in transition due to changes in company structures and resources.
- Provide a new formal educational qualification that suits the evolving climate of health care and the future pharmaceutical industry.
To achieve our goals in 2016 we have taken considerable feedback from all our stakeholders in the PMI. Throughout the coming year, the committee and staff of the PMI aspire to exceed our member’s expectations by adding value to all our events.
