Expert Session series – Redefining Digital Healthcare Post Covid

Our Expert Session series continues with a two session series taking place on both June 15th and 22nd.  This series will explore the topic of “Redefining Digital Healthcare Post Covid”.  We’ll examine this through the lens of various industry experts to give attendees a rounded and holistic viewpoint of how Digital Healthcare has been transformed during Covid,  what the likely short term challenges and opportunities are, along with the trends and future predictions for this area.

This will be an ideal session for anyone involved in marketing, product or brand development or those planning virtual hybrid product launches this year.

The Expert Session series takes place online and will be a highly interactive event with speakers from the industry and a clinician sharing their expertise.

Some members may recall that Prof Mulcahy spoke at an event in 2020 and outlined some of the patient research he had started in how best to engage with patients remotely and understand their needs while navigating the pandemic; he has continued this research and has further developed this over the intervening two years.  During his talk, Prof Mulcahy will provide the results of this research and outline how this has changed the way patient care is delivered and how his engagement with industry has evolved.

The event will be recorded with links to the recording and attendee packs shared with those registered immediately afterward both sections so that those registered can review the information in their own time.   Those that join the series after the first event will receive links to the previous session along with speaker slides and full attendee pack.

Testimonials:

we as a company have started the journey of omnichannel but have some way to go, most companies have a multichannel approach at present but are not harnessing analytics;
so good to hear from industry colleagues and IQVIA on the critical elements to get implemented first.
Looking forward to the next session.

Having listened to Tom Woods from IQVIA describe the reshaping of Digital Healthcare post pandemic and what the predictions for the future may be , as a new Sales Manager I was reassured to know as a team our vision and strategy is on the right path – Excellent PMI session, looking forward to session 2 on June 22nd!

Tom Woods – IQVIA has kindly made a white paper available to our members.   This paper discusses the HCP channel preferences and it’s evolution over the past 2 years.  There is a further white paper in final stages of development regarding HCP engagement and this will be available to all delegates shortly after the Expert Series.
