Julie is a digital strategist with over a decade of pharma experience. Most recently she was Senior Director and Head of Global Customer Interaction Management (Digital, CRM & Congress/Events) at Lundbeck – working across brands, functions and markets to develop digital engagement strategies that deliver customer and commercial value. Previously she has held senior leadership roles in healthcare marketing and communication agencies, working with many of the leading pharma companies across therapy areas.
Paul Black, Co-Founder, Business Development Director & Chief Operating Officer – OutiCO
Paul is a multi-channel account management specialist holding over 20 years Pharma & Healthcare Experience across Sales, Marketing and Management. Prior to founding OutiCO in 2011, Paul held Business Unit Manager & National Sales Manager roles with Lundbeck. For the last 7 years Paul and his team in OutiCO have excelled in providing ‘Sustainable’ outsourced sales professionals to UK Pharma companies.
Audrey Gent, Senior Program Manager – Veeva Systems
With a degree and Masters in Biological Chemistry, Audrey entered the Pharma world consulting for PwC. She has over 10 years’ experience working to support large scale Multichannel projects with global life science clients. Having worked at Veeva for nearly 5 years, Audrey leads the European Multichannel Content Partner team, with a role supporting both partners agencies and clients developing content for Veeva’s multichannel products.
Audrey supports global and European multichannel projects that include clients such as AstraZeneca, GSK, Astellas, Teva, Boehringer, Novartis, MSD, Bayer, Lilly, Leo, Actelion, Grunenthal and Lundbeck.
