1.1 Your access to and use of the PMI web site, (“the web site”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Web site or services offered by the web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the web site or services offered by the web site you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the web site.

10 GOVERNING LAW
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
11 E-COMMERCE PAYMENTS
11.1 If, through the web site, you make electronic payments relating to membership subscription and/or event participation we will gather such information as may reasonably be required to complete the transaction, including your name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, credit card type, full name as displayed on the credit card, credit card number and expiry date.
The PMI may use the personal and payment information provided by you for its own internal business purposes. Also, in order to provide the e-commerce service, it may be necessary that The PMI forwards certain personal and payment information provided by you to third party banking and credit institution.

The client agrees that the client is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend the PMI and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from the client’s exercise of Internet electronic commerce.
11.3 Refund Policy: Payments made through use of the website, relating to membership subscription and/or event participation, are non-refundable.
12 Data Protection and Privacy Statement
12.1 The PMI respects your right to privacy. Visitors should be aware that each time they visit a website two general levels of information about their visit can be retained.
